Our Roots:

Adair ParkDeveloped from the 1890s to the 1940s, Historic Adair Park is an affordable neighborhood that exudes old world charm with its large front porches, landscaped gardens, and picturesque bungalows. New economic benefits abound with its walking distance to MARTA, Atlanta's Main Mass Transit System. Historic Adair Park is also located just a few miles south of Downtown Atlanta, and a mile West of Turner Field. It’s the only Atlanta neighborhood that is a true crossroads, as The Beltline runs along Adair Park's southern border, and both The Peachtree Corridor & MARTA create the western perimeter.
